Bio

Evan Campbell is a driven student-athlete from Clare, Michigan (Clare County) and a 2024 graduate of Clare High School. A four-year multi-sport athlete, Evan competed in football, ski, track, and trapshooting, earning varsity letters in each sport for multiple seasons and serving as team captain of the ski team. His athletic career reflects versatility, leadership, and commitment.

Evan’s journey has been shaped by personal growth and resilience. Facing challenges with self-doubt and fear of others’ opinions, he learned to push past limitations and fully commit to his goals. His mindset—giving his all and embracing risk—defines both how he competes and how he lives.

Evan chose Mid because he wanted to start at a smaller institution, remain close to home, and continue doing what he loves in a supportive environment. He values the welcoming culture of Mid’s athletic programs and is motivated to contribute positively to team camaraderie.

Athletically, Evan’s goal is to place in the top 10 of the trapshooting conference. Academically, he plans to study Design while focusing on transferring credits to a four-year university, with Ferris State among his future goals. While at Mid, Evan hopes to further develop study skills, time management, and goal setting as he prepares for the next stage of his academic and athletic journey.
