Bio
Jason Robinson was named the head women's bowling coach prior to the 2024-25 season.
In his first year as head coach, Robinson led the women's program to the MCCAA Eastern Conference Championship, as well as a runner-up finish at the NJCAA Region 12 Championships. Mid ended the year with a fifth place finish out of 17 competing teams at the NJCAA National Championship event. Robinson also coached Khaila Bullard to MCCAA Eastern Conference Bowler of the Year honors, All-MCCAA, and All-Eastern Conference. Mya Jarvis earned All-MCCAA honors as well for the Lakers. Joining Bullard on the All-East team were Lilly Massaway, Becca Claypool, and Mallorie Ecker. Massaway earned East Freshman of the Year honors and was named to the All-Freshman team alongside Kennedy Cassel.
Prior to that he was an assistant coach with the men’s team for four seasons. With the men, he helped the program to three Top 10 finishes at the NJCAA National Tournament. He also won a Regional Title (2022) and the first conference title in 2023.
He is a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School. They did not have bowling as a varsity sport while he attended MPHS. However he has been a member of various Mt. Pleasant bowling leagues for 20+ years.
Jason along with his wife Brandi have five children and reside in Mt. Pleasant.
