Bio

Bailee Fish is an accomplished multi-sport athlete with an outstanding high school career in softball and golf. She earned All-Conference honors for four years in both sports and was named All-Area in softball and golf for three years. Bailee was recognized as Golfer of the Year in 2023, earned Team MVP honors in golf twice, and was named All-Region in 2024. She also received All-County honors in golf three times and All-District recognition in softball all four years.

Athletics runs in Bailee’s family, as her relative Patti Werner competed in collegiate softball at Lansing Community College from 2000–2002 as a catcher. Bailee learned about Mid through a friend and knew it was the right fit after meeting the coaching staff and team and visiting campus.

Bailee is excited to compete at Mid because of the strong team culture and supportive coaching staff. She looks forward to contributing immediately and has goals of becoming a top hitter and earning significant playing time. Academically, Bailee plans to study Criminal Justice and transfer credits toward a four-year degree, with Grand Valley as a future goal. She is eager to further develop her study habits, time management, goal setting, and career planning skills while competing at Mid.
