MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Chloe Watson scored 27 points, Rachel Resio added 25, and the No. 6 Mid Michigan College women's basketball team (21-2, 9-0 MCCAA East) overwhelmed North Central Michigan (3-20, 2-7 MCCAA East) 124-48 on Saturday afternoon (Feb. 8) inside Morey Courts.
Watson added seven rebounds, four assists, and five steals, while Resio finished with three rebounds, an assist, and two steals.
Alexus Dunn posted 18 points off the bench. Delaney Seaman recorded 14 points, while Paige Ebels added 12.
The Lakers shot 51-of-96 from the field, 16-of-46 from three-point range, and 6-of-8 from the free throw line.
Maziah Shelton led the visiting Timberwolves with 15 points.
Mid will be on the road at Delta Wednesday night at 5:30 PM.
