Owens Hands Baseball First Losses of the Season

Baseball took on fellow Region XII Owens Community College in a double header, dropping both to the Express.

Game one was thrown by Owen Trimble who went 5.2 innings allowing 6 runs, only 4 of them earned. Donovan Borg went 2-4 with an RBI. Avain Rivera went 1-3 driving in the other run for the Lakers.

Game two was started by Marcos Peguero-Paulino, who allowed 6 hits, walked 3 batters, allowing 9 ER. Alex Gudzdziol and Elijah Wall both threw an inning apiece. Tyler Duncan and Donovan Borg mustered up the only two hits the Lakers had on the day. Duncan drove in a run as well.
