Bio
Coach Ron Murdock joined the Laker baseball staff prior to the 2025 season as an assistant coach under Danny Smith.
With Murdock on staff, Mid went 27-17 overall and 17-8 in MCCAA Northern Conference play. The Lakers qualifed for the NJCAA DII Region 12 Tournament, falling to Cuyahoga Community College in a best of three opening round series.
Outside of Mid, Murdock is the vice president for the Gratiot County Baseball League.
