MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The No. 14 Mid Michigan College men's basketball team earned a 90-57 victory over North Central Michigan on Saturday (Feb. 8) from Morey Courts.
James Wright led the Lakers (20-3, 9-0 MCCAA North) with 17 points and eight rebounds, while Vynce Overshown posted 15 points with five made three-pointers.
Reigning MCCAA North Player of the Week Joe Iung scored 12 points, pulled down eight rebounds, and recorded four steals.
Jaden Clark posted 11 points, while Gage Coonan had 10.
The Timberwolves (0-23, 0-9 MCCAA North) were led by Jackson Wiegerink with 13 points.
Mid travels to Delta Wednesday night for a 7:30 PM tip-off.
